Super Bowl odds for the 2020 NFL season have already been posted at sportsbooks across the country, and the Broncos – not surprisingly – are longshots to capture the Lombardi Trophy a year from now.

Here are the title odds for Vic Fangio’s crew at several of the top online sportsbooks in the country.

FanDuel Sportsbook: +5000

DraftKings Sportsbook: +5000

Golden Nugget: +5500

888 Sport: +5000

Bet365: +5000

Other odds

Betting the Broncos to win the Super Bowl right now might seem like throwing your money away, but remember that teams often come out of nowhere to reach the big game. The Niners were longshots last summer and came within minutes of a title, and the Eagles exploded past expectations to win it all two years ago.

A more conservative Broncos bet right now would be the Broncos at +2200 (DraftKings) to win the AFC.

Denver is also one of the teams listed in the popular “Which team will Tom Brady play for in 2020?” prop. Those odds fall in line with their Super Bowl odds, coming in at +5000 (DraftKings).

Offensive uptick?

The Broncos were 28th in the NFL in team scoring this past season, putting up just 17.6 points per game.

That said, there is hope that Denver can turn its offense around. The team hired former Giants head coach Pat Shurmur as its new offensive coordinator, and John Elway has seemingly settled on Drew Lock as his quarterback of the future.

Weapons

The Broncos still have a top-of-the-line defense as they checked in at No. 10 in points allowed per game. Von Miller may have lost a step, but he is still an elite defensive talent.

Offensively, the Broncos found a keeper in wide receiver Courtland Sutton.

In his second season, Sutton eclipsed 1,100 yards receiving on 72 catches. He also posted six touchdown grabs.

Running back Phillip Lindsay also had a strong second season in the NFL, going over 1,000 yards rushing on 224 carries. Lindsay also found the end zone seven times.
