Colorado horse racing fans can now bet on races using the Caesars Racebook app.

Colorado has joined the growing list of states that can tap into the power of the Caesars Racebook app. Horse racing enthusiasts in The Centennial State can now place pari-mutuel wagers on races across the globe, all from the comfort of their homes.

Colorado becomes the 15th state the Caesars Racebook app operates in. It launched just under a year ago, initially only in Florida and Ohio.

To celebrate its entry into Colorado, Caesars is offering a first-deposit match up to $250.

Coloradans can bet on hundreds of races with app

Surprisingly, there’s only one active Colorado horse racing track in Colorado. Arapahoe Park just outside of Aurora features around 40 races in the summer months. There are several OTB sites all across the state, however. Caesars Racebook app joins CO FanDuel Racing app for those who prefer to bet online.

In June of 2022, Caesars Sportsbook and New York Racing Association Bets launched an app exclusively for betting on horses. Despite being available in only two states initially, horse racing enthusiasts were excited by the big rewards Caesars is known for.

Caesars Racebook is a one-stop shop for all things horse racing. The app offers pari-mutuel wagering on horse races from more than 250 racing tracks in the US and overseas.

The best part is it’s also integrated with Caesars Rewards loyalty program, said Dan Shapiro, senior vice president and chief development officer of Caesars Digital.

“The launch of Caesars Racebook is an important milestone as we continue to add wagering opportunities for our customers and livestreaming content for the first time. Caesars Racebook is truly differentiated as the first horse racing advance-deposit wagering app to include our award-winning Caesars Rewards loyalty program. We look forward to welcoming new horse racing customers and existing fans onto the platform and to working with NYRA Bets to grow horse racing as we deploy Caesars Racebook with plans to launch in about 30 states across the country.”

The list of premier horse racing tracks open to bettors is mind-blowing. There’s Belmont Park, Del Mar, Keeneland, Santa Anita, and Saratoga, along with racetracks operated by Caesars Entertainment, such as Eldorado Gaming Scioto Downs, Harrah’s Hoosier Park, Harrah’s Philadelphia and Horseshoe Indianapolis.

Looking to bet on more than just horse racing? Colorado bettors can enjoy using the Caesars Sportsbook Colorado app to wager on other sports. New users of the Caesars Sportsbook Colorado can have their first bet on Caesars for a max of $1,250.

First Caesars Racebook promotion is a match

Caesars Racebook is offering a first-deposit match. Caesars will match new users’ initial deposit up to $250.

Of course, there are a few restrictions. Bettors must place bets totaling their initial deposit to receive the match. Players must wager the match amount before they can withdraw the match.

Also, users of the app must be 21 years old and reside in a state where Caesars Racebook is legal.

App available on Apple, Android, and desktops

Caesars Racebook is available to download on both Apple and Android devices. Additionally, it’s now open on desktop computers and laptops.

The app is now available in 15 states.

  • Colorado
  • Florida
  • Indiana
  • Kentucky
  • Louisiana
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • Minnesota
  • Montana
  • North Dakota
  • Ohio
  • Oregon
  • Pennsylvania
  • Washington
  • Wyoming

If you’re a first-time user on the app, there is some basic information required such as name, date of birth, a home address, personal email, phone number and social security number. Then, users can create a username and password, fund their account and place a bet.
