Such is the case nearly two months into sports betting in Colorado.

Yet even without major US sports, some trends have started to develop. Namely, which sports and leagues that bettors wager on here. The first month of sports betting brought in a $25.5 million handle for Colorado.

The breakdown for sports betting last weekend in Colorado is quite interesting.

Golf tops weekend of Colorado sports betting

According to numbers released by BetRivers, Colorado sports bettors sure do love golf.

Based on the percentages of wagering, the PGA Tour was the top league and golf was the top sport to bet on.

In terms of the leagues Colorado sports bettors had an interest in, the PGA Tour was followed by Moscow Liga Pro table tennis.

UFC doesn’t crack the top 10 in Colorado for BetRivers

There is one league/sport absent from that list, and it’s possibly more surprising than what’s on it: the UFC.

Keep in mind, that was with a Fight Night event on Saturday. There was also a potential Fight of the Year candidate with Dustin Poirier vs. Dan Hooker.
