UFC 263 Betting Preview: Bet $1, Win $100 With DraftKings Promo

UFC 263 betting preview

Another weekend, another UFC fight card with multiple title bouts.

And if it feels like Israel Adesanya was just inside The Octagon, he was. The current middleweight champion fought and lost to light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz at UFC 259 in March via unanimous decision. That was the first loss of Adesanya’s fighting career.

Since there is no rest for the weary when it comes to MMA, Adesanya (20-1-0) will put his title belt on the line this Saturday at UFC 263 against Marvin Vettori. (17-4-1).

The other title fight that UFC betting in Colorado will get wager on is for the flyweight belt. Current champion Deiveson Figueiredo (20-1-1) faces Brandon Moreno (18-5-2).

If that wasn’t enough, Nate Diaz (21-12-0) makes his highly anticipated return to The Octagon to face Leon Edwards (18-3-0, 1 no contest). Diaz hasn’t fought in the UFC since his title fight with Jorge Masvidal in November 2019 that he lost via knockout.

So there is potential for a great and entertaining event this weekend in Glendale, Ariz.

And the online sportsbooks in Colorado have the promos to add to the excitement.

UFC 263 DraftKings promo

This popular promo from DratKings Sportsbook in Colorado runs through Saturday’s main event between Adesanya and Vettori.

The rules are pretty simple.

  • This promo is for new DraftKings users only, and you must deposit at least $5 into your account.
  • Once you do, place a $1 bet on one of the fighters to win their bout. This must happen before the start of the main event.
  • If your fighter wins, you will be issued an additional $100 in DraftKings Dollars once the original bet settles.
  • Since winnings are paid as DK Dollars, that requires a one-time play through before you’re able to withdraw from your account.
  • The promo excludes live bets, parlays, bonus, cash out bets and voided bets.

That’s all you have to do to win $100.

FanDuel Colorado Sportsbook is offering 30/1 odds on either fighter to win the main event. In other words, bet $5, win $150 if you go with this promo.

This is for new FanDuel users only and runs until the main event.

Here’s how it works:

  • The max bet is $5.
  • New users need to register, make a first deposit, and then simply place their first real-money wager on either Adesanya or Vettori to win the main event. All winning bets will be fulfilled within 72 hours if they win.
  • Users who claim this will not be eligible for any other acquisition specific offer.

Bettors are getting +100 odds on Adesanya to throw a punch. When he does, you’ll double your money.

Now to the main event.

As noted earlier, Adesanya experienced his first loss of his fighting career in March.

To say the current middleweight champ will be motivated to get that sour taste out of his mouth is an understatement.

Saturday’s main event is also a rematch between Adesanya (20-1-0) and Vettori (17-4-1). The first go between these two fighters was a non-title bout that also took place in Glendale. Adesanya won via split decision in April 2018. As ESPN noted, Adesanya had his way on his feet, but Vettori made it interesting with his ground game.

Given all of that, Adesanya is the favorite to retain his belt at -275 at DraftKings. Veottori is +215 to win the fight.

The rest of Saturday’s fights and the moneyline odds according to DraftKings:

  • Figueiredo (-230) vs Moreno (+185)
  • Edwards (-560) vs Diaz (+400)
  • Demian Maia (+180) vs Belal Muhammad (-230)
  • Paul Craig (+225) vs Jamahal Hill (-286)
  • Drew Dober (-148) vs. Brad Riddell (+120)
  • Eryk Anders (-150) vs. Darren Stewart (+120)
  • Movsar Evloev (-240) vs. Hakeem Dawodu (+188)
  • Lauren Murphy (+120) vs. Joanne Calderwood (-152)
  • Pannie Kianzad (-220) vs. Alexis Davis (+170)
  • Terrance McKinney (+235) vs. Matt Frevola (-305)
  • Chase Hooper (-106) vs. Steven Peterson (-118)
  • Fares Ziam (-137) vs. Luigi Vendramini (+110)
  • Carlos Felipe (-177) vs. Jake Collier (+140)
