The Colorado sports betting scene just reeled in another big fish with bet365.

It was announced on Tuesday that the “world’s largest online sportsbook,” as bet365 describes itself, will partner with Century Casinos Partners.

Century Casinos operates two locations in ColoradoCentury Casino & Hotel Central City and Century Casino & Hotel Cripple Creek.

It’s unclear which of the two Colorado casinos will partner with bet365. Attempts to reach Century Casinos representatives on Wednesday were unsuccessful.

It was announced earlier this year that Circa Sports will also partner with Century Casinos.

In the press release announcing the partnership between Century Casinos and bet365, it states that bet365 will complete the necessary application and approval process to obtain a sports betting license in Colorado.

bet365 hopes to bring global success to Colorado

Bet365, which is headquartered in Stoke-On-Trent, United Kingdom, will then operate an internet and mobile sports betting application under its brand.

Under the new agreement, bet365 will pay Century a minimum annual revenue guarantee and a percentage of net gaming revenue for the next 10 years. An unspecified amount was paid upfront.

Colorado would be the second active market in the US for bet365 after its launch in New Jersey in 2018.

The hope for Century Casinos is that bet365 is able to translate the global success to the Colorado market. But as Legal Sports Report noted, the carryover to the US has yet to happen.

According to the release, bet365 has annual sportsbook revenues of almost $4 billion and employs over 4,600 people.

It also holds market-leading positions in a variety of regulated jurisdictions like the United Kingdom and Italy thanks to its huge range of in-play markets.

Watch sports while you bet

The bet365 site streams more than 190,000 events and covers around 75 sports annually.

That will allow prospective bettors in Colorado to watch those sports events while they bet.

Since Colorado is one of the few states that allows users to sign up for an app from their favorite armchair, it could make for an appealing offer.

With the launch of the Fox Bet app, there are now six apps that offer sports betting in Colorado since the launch on May 1. That is out of 17 that will launch in the future.

  • DraftKings: Partner with Golden Mardi Gras
  • FanDuel: Partner with Golden Gates Casino
  • BetMGM: Partner with Midnight Rose Hotel and Casino
  • BetRivers: Partner with J.P. McGill’s Hotel and Casino
  • BetMonarch
  • Fox Bet: Partner with Lady Luck Casino
