7 fun, no-brainer NFL Week 1 promos

The start of the NFL season has arrived.

And with it, so too have the promotions from the Colorado sportsbooks.

Not that football fans need another reason to get excited about the return of the sport, but these offerings should help.

As always, when it comes to NFL betting, bet with your head, not over it.

Here’s a roundup of the best promos from the Colorado sportsbooks. After the Thursday Night opener, this will get updated with the latest promos for the weekend.

The BetMGM Sportsbook is offering two, $10 bets for the opening week of the NFL.

New and existing bettors will get the first $10 bet to use before the Thursday Night game and the second $10 bet will get dropped into your account on Friday. You can use the bets on any NFL bet, but they must be used during Week 1 games.

If you log into your BetMGM account, or create one, you’ll see the offer.

Again, both of the bonus can be used on any NFL bet but must be used during the first week.

2. Free NFL jersey when you place $100 in NFL bets in September

Caesars Sportsbook has a fun promo that lasts beyond the first week.

This has the potential to become an incredibly popular promotion.

New and existing bettors must place $100 in cumulative NFL wagers by Sept. 30, 2021. If you do, the promo is paid out as a $150 NFLShop.com gift card to get the jersey of your choosing.

If you’re a new bettor to Caesars, this does not replace the bonus $5,000; it can be used together.

3. One bonus bet on any Week 1 game

FanDuel Sportsbook bettors with an account will be eligible to use the bonus bet on any market for Week 1 of the NFL season.

Please note that the bonus bet cannot be used on odds boosts and the bet must be placed with cash (no bonus funds are allowed on this promo).

4. NFL No-Juice Spreads

PointsBets Sportsbook is giving bettors +100 spreads (or the equivalent) on every NFL Week 1 game. The no-juice lines will be available 48 hours before kickoff.

The no-juice lines can be found under the featured section on the individual game page. There is no max bet limit for this promo.

If you were curious, the term “no juice” refers to 0% vig or 0% margin for the sportsbook. The “vig” is how sportsbooks make money.

5. Triple the spread for two NFL Week 1 games

Similar to DraftKings, WynnBet Sportsbook is offering a similar spread promo for the NFL opener on Thursday. The added bonus for Colorado bettors is that you have a second game added to the promo, specific to bettors in the state.

For the Buccaneers and Cowboys, the spread has been bumped from +7.5 for the Cowboys, to +22.5. Currently, the Tampa Bay -7.5-point spread has the highest ticket count of any NFL Week 1 market at WynnBET.

The max bet is $20.

As for the second “Triple the Spread” game in Colorado, that’s the Green Bay Packers and New Orleans Saints on Sunday. The spread was New Orleans +3.5; it’s now +13.5.

As for the Cowboys triple the spread, the max bet for the Saints is $20.

Note that this promo is a little more of a gamble, especially the second game.

6. $400 football is back special

If you bet $1 on any NFL Week 1 game at theScore Sportsbook, you get $400 in bonus (cannot be combined with the bonus first bet up to $500).

7. Colorado Even Money this fall

The BetMonarch Sportsbook is giving even odds on the Denver Broncos all season.

When you sign into your account, you can place a “no-juice” bet on the Broncos. This promo is also good for any college teams in Colorado. The typical spread number is -110, so an even spread will pay out more if the Broncos cover.
